Updates....

Ok I need to update those few people that read this blog a few things:
My test last week went I guess pretty good, well I hope it went good, the only part of the test I think I had problems with was the spelling and grammar. The test consisted of a written part, I had to write about what in my personal, educational and professional experience would make you a good probation officer. Then the other part was a multiple choice part, one section they listed what priority situations would be, then they gave a senario about something and I had to answer what would be needed to be handled first. Then there was a section on spelling, grammar and sentence structure. Then a section on matching numbers or an address will the given answers. Then there was a section that sort of like a personality test. One of the question were "All people steal from work", then you have to answer: strongly agree, agree, in the middle, disagree or strongly disagree. Another question was "I have never been disappointed in an outcome of something I've work on". The test didn't really have anything to do with the actual job. I think I find out how I did in a few weeks, I will let you all know.

The second update is the hockey game. The game was so fun. I went with Kyle, Jodi and Chris. We had great seats where you can actually see what is going on without have to watch the screen. We got to have people come wait on us if we wanted something to eat and we got to use the VIP entrance. The Kings won 5-4 in overtime. Three fights broke out within the players, it was awesome! The game was totally worth going. I recommend anyone to go to game.

Hockey Game!

Tomorrow I'm going to go see the Kings and Blackhawks at the Staple Center! I have tickets in section PR12, they are great seats. I can't wait to go, I've never been to a hockey game. I got the tickets from my work during our Christmas gift giveaway. This gift sure beats the $25 gas card some people got.

Sh*t Talking

Lately at work people have been talking a lot of crap about each other, about the boss and other co-workers. I know there are the moments you get frustated and have to talk to someone about how you are feeling but does it have to constantly be happening? Not everyone is going to like each other at work but why do you have to keep talking about that person? I mean come on, who really cares if your co-worker got a ticket? Lately its looks like I'm unsocial cause I haven't been joining into conversations with co-workers, I want to but I don't want to hear about all the crap talking. Sometimes another conversations comes up but somehow it all ends up with talking crap about people. And I hate how my co-workers say, I have so much work to do, I don't know how I can finish it! Then they go off and talk to co-workers for 45 minutes. If you stop talking then you would be able to get your work done! I hate what my work environment has turned into, I want to come into work and be able to talk to my co-workers about things and not feel I am being bombarded by constant putting people down.

Wish me luck

Today at 1pm I have a test for the probation department. I've taken this test 2 other times, I didn't pass the first time but second time I did. This is the first step to get me out of this jungle that is called my job. Please pray for me cause I want this job!

Ah Sh*t!

My neighbors have been having a little tiff. They think the other one is out to get them. I for one, am not going to get involved cause I don't want to mess with the feud. Last week the neighbor with the hummer told me someone put acid on her garage lock so the key broke and someone also put human poop by it. I didn't know what to think about that, I mean who would put poop by someone's garage? At that time I didn't know that the other neighbor didn't like them but Andrea told me that the woman in the hummer had called the cops on the downstairs neighbor, so I don't know if this is them getting back at them or not. Then this morning coming down the stairs of the apartment there was poop on it. Mind you there are no pets aloud in the apartment building and I haven't heard any in the nearby area either. It wasn't just small cat poop or anything, it was regular size poop! That is completely gross! Why is there poop on the stairs? If there is a feud with the neighbor, keep it with the neighbor and don't drag us into it!

We own the place

Until about two months ago Andrea and i have had the apartment building to ourselves for about 2-3 months. That meant we the drive way to ourselves, no more parking on the street! We first got neighbors in A, they were cool a grandmother, mother and son moved in the 2 bed room. They still didn't mind us parking both our cars in the drive way, and they were nice even giving camila a birthday and Christmas present. Then apartment B was filled in a couple with there daughter. They are ok neighbors, don't bother us too much except there daughter cries every once in a while loud. Then apartment D was filled in. A mother and her 3 daughters moved into a one bedroom (I don't know how they do that) and plus they own a hummer! Our thoughts were, what are you living in the ghetto of Oxnard and in a one bedroom and you own a hummer? Just plain dumb! I didn't know how she was able to fit her hummer a long with 2 other cars in our driveway. (The driveway fits 3 cars comfortably.) This meant one of us had to park on the street! That sucks cause if you are home late you get screwed over with a bad parking spot, not one by the apartment, usually down the street! But lately woman has been parking the hummer in garage, I still don't know how she is able to fit it in there, it is only a one car garage and you barely can get a regular size car in there! And the garage isn't a straight drive in, you have to do like a 3-point turn in order to get in, and imagine doing that with a hummer! Well anyway, the woman with the hummer told me I can start parking in the driveway. Score! Both of us can now park in the driveway and don't have to worry about finding a spot on the street! So we rule this apartment building! There has not been a single complaint about us! We rock!

Mystery Guy

Everyday after work I go work out at the gym at work. I am usually the only one up there. But occasionally there are a few others, a guy from risk management, the cute guy from powerboat and another chick I have seen around the office. But there is this guy that comes in and I have no idea who he is, I have never seen him around the office, never. You would think you might not notice someone around the office at first but then if you see them some where else you would start to notice them. The company is sort of on the big side but I still have never seen this guy outside of the gym, not even at our company luncheons. Now I think to myself, does this guy even work here? Who in the hell is this guy? Why have I never seen you? This guy continues to be a mystery to me. He isn't the most friendly guy so I really haven't ventured into any conversation with him to find out who he is.
