Wanted

Too much food.....

Today for lunch i went to the mongolian bbq on main st. My main reason was that i heard you can take your left-overs home. So i thought to myself, "Great I will have something to eat for tomorrows lunch!" When I got there i found out that there are no carry outs! What?! Damn it! But i went through the line anyway and had put some beef, chicken, lamb, and veggies in a bowl. It turned out to be a lot of food. I sat down and ate my food, i ate, i ate and i ate. At one point i wanted to stop but i said to myself, i don't want to waste any of the food so i ate some more. At the end i left a little bit on the plate and left the rice too. Needless to say i am full and want to fall asleep at my desk..........

Job?

For the last 7 months I have been working at a publishing company as a temp. It has been ok. Recently there has been 2 job opening here which many people think I should apply for including my boss' boss. One of the position is one that I don't know when or if it is going to be opened because the girl who has it is wishie-washy about leaving. That is the position I would want to take because it is more money and it is a little more challenging. The other position is a little less money but probably more money than what I am making now but it is a little boring but easy job. It would be nice to have a job with benefits and paid vacation. On the plus side too is the department I work in gets more perks than others, including a good size bonus. So I am just hoping and praying this job will open up and I will get it. If not I might have to be looking for another job and I hate the job search. I just want to have a job that I wouldn't worry if I have it the next day.

It's only 2:35 pm on Friday Jan 7. I have over 2 hours of work let and Im really tired right now. When is this day going to end? Atleast it is friday and i have the weekend to look forward to. Maybe i'll post some pics..... if i figure out how to do that. pray that i stay awake for the rest of the day. that is all for now.

My dumb-ass cousin

Over Christmas lunch, my mom informed me that my 16-year old cousin got engaged. Engaged!? What the hell is he thinking? He is only 16!!! How stupid is this? My 16-year old cousin can get a chick to marry him and I can't even get a date!! How wrong is this? Take it my cousin is from Northern California, a lot of hicks there but still 16 is way too young to marry. He has no idea what he is getting himself into. I want to go up there and kick his ass and tell him he is making a big mistake. He could be divorced by the time he is able to vote. The only thing I can really do is pray for his sorry ass. If you want to comment and mock my cousin go ahead it will be fun!!!!
