NY Trip- Day 1
So the day starts off pretty good, wow, I'm finally going to NY! The shuttle to the Burbank airport picks me up at 7am, yeah that is a little early but oh well. I get to the airport around 9, now I had to get in line for sercuity, I had to take both my shoes and belt off and guess what? I was pick for random pat down! yeah that was fun, atleast it wasn't a strip search. Then i wait for the plane to load, i was taking jetblue. The flight was nice, all jetblue seats have tvs on the back of them and you can watch directv the whole flight! So i just caught up all the shows i have missed. I get in to NY about 7pm. Then i had to take a bus to the bus stop where my friend was going to meet me. So everything was good up to then, i get on the bus and the bus makes several stops to pick more people up and then off to the city. The bus had one stop before mine and then finally port authority, my stop! i get off and greet my friend i went to go get my luggage, no luggage! my luggage was not there! what the hell!? so i tell the bus driver that my luggage was not there, and then he said, maybe it was at the first stop, so i thought ok, don't freak out it was probaly just left there. We get to the first stop, no luggage!!! We go into the station and see if it is in there, nope. The man in the station said there was really nothing he could do about it, he said maybe someone would bring it back. I had to force the guy my number for him to call me if it shows up, he didn't offer it. what a jerk! then so we were still at stop number 1 and we had to get back to my friend's place, the bus driver that drove us to stop 1 had left and now we were left there! And now we had to find a way to get back, we finally asked another bus driver if they could take us to port authority and he did, I was still without my luggage. So we get dropped off at the bus station then had to walk to my friend's place which was about 3 blocks away. We get there and then spend a few minutes at her place and then we go out for drinks. After 2 bars and 2 guys hitting on us we head home.
