We own the place
Until about two months ago Andrea and i have had the apartment building to ourselves for about 2-3 months. That meant we the drive way to ourselves, no more parking on the street! We first got neighbors in A, they were cool a grandmother, mother and son moved in the 2 bed room. They still didn't mind us parking both our cars in the drive way, and they were nice even giving camila a birthday and Christmas present. Then apartment B was filled in a couple with there daughter. They are ok neighbors, don't bother us too much except there daughter cries every once in a while loud. Then apartment D was filled in. A mother and her 3 daughters moved into a one bedroom (I don't know how they do that) and plus they own a hummer! Our thoughts were, what are you living in the ghetto of Oxnard and in a one bedroom and you own a hummer? Just plain dumb! I didn't know how she was able to fit her hummer a long with 2 other cars in our driveway. (The driveway fits 3 cars comfortably.) This meant one of us had to park on the street! That sucks cause if you are home late you get screwed over with a bad parking spot, not one by the apartment, usually down the street! But lately woman has been parking the hummer in garage, I still don't know how she is able to fit it in there, it is only a one car garage and you barely can get a regular size car in there! And the garage isn't a straight drive in, you have to do like a 3-point turn in order to get in, and imagine doing that with a hummer! Well anyway, the woman with the hummer told me I can start parking in the driveway. Score! Both of us can now park in the driveway and don't have to worry about finding a spot on the street! So we rule this apartment building! There has not been a single complaint about us! We rock!
